Boot Camp


Welcome to this practice journey. I am really excited to share this process with all of you, as I take you through it.


Every day, for 30 days, I share a specific exercise and practice mindset for you to work on and follow. This process is not just about training your physical body but also preparing your mind for the task of practice and performing.


I recommend doing 3 days of exercises each day (see intro video for more info) and have lots of fun while you are at it! Also, go check out the full list of resources you will need and may want to get below.
